How healthy can these Super Juices really be?
From the marketing side, there is very little anyone can legally say about the health benefits of those "Super Juice" products. The science these other Companies tout is not based on their product specifically, but is based on third party research that focused on the fruit or active ingredient in their product.
Legally this third party research is not allowed to be used in advertising based on FDA/FTC nutritional supplement advertising guidelines. That means they cannot say a whole lot about their "Super Juice" in order to sell it and still remain legally compliant with FDA/FTC Regulations.
The FDA/FTC sends warning letters to those Companies on a regular basis and when they do, the Companies marketing efforts can literally collapse overnight. And when that happens, the Distributors lose their income and have to start building their Businesses all over again. Brett personally experienced this.
The bottom line is that the government greatly limits what you can legally say about these "Super Juices" or any supplement. So if you can't legally say very much, how are you going to ethically sell them and still keep a clear conscience?

You simply cannot aggressively market a nutritional product if you are making unsubstantiated health claims. Companies that do that will either get shut down and/or fined and all their marketing materials and efforts will get unplugged by the FDA or FTC.
And many companies are knowingly allowing their
distributors make these unsubstantiated health claims
because it drives sales.
When Companies like this get targeted by the FDA/FTC, (and sooner or later they all do), they have to pull back all their marketing efforts and there is typically a drastic drop in sales. In all likelihood, the Company may never recover or often goes out of business.
Then distributors have to move to another company to
start all over again.
