Uri is vertically integrated. Most companies are simple middlemen between a manufacturer and their distributors, having little control over quality and production and higher costs. When the same company that owns the farms can put the product in the hands of the ultimate consumer, you dramatically cut costs while controlling the quality of your products, creating a far better opportunity for your Distributors. (Uri does not grow ALL ingredients).
Uri has Dynamic Compression in their Compensation Plan. Most companies rely on "breakage", or the ability to avoid paying a percentage of their commissions to those distributors who did not qualify.
Some companies actually depend on this feature to remain profitable, while highlighting generous "potential" payouts. With Dynamic Compression, Uri has promised to pay a specific percentage to the field, without breakage.
If one Distributor has organizational volume, but is not qualified to receive a check, that commission amount will be paid out to the next upline Distributor who was. This is not to be confused with regular compression, which simply makes "invisible" for the month a Distributor who did not had volume.
The third reason as a business opportunity is TIMING. Uri has been in business for a couple of years, is now profitable, and ready for vertical growth.
