The truth about flaxseed oil
Flaxseed oil, also known as linseed oil obtained from drying and maturation of plant seeds common flax, Linum usitatissimum Linaceae or any botanists out there. The oils can be obtained by pressing the seeds or by using solvents to remove. Here's a look at what the oils are used.

However, there is little evidence that eating flax oil helps reduce inflammation, heart disease risk, the risk of stroke, the risk of cancer or provides any other benefit that accompanies increased consumption of omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid, which only found in fatty fish and some types of seafood.
So there you have it. The best suggestion is to cook with olive or canola oil and take a supplement of fish oil or marine algae. Not trying to put anyone out of business, but there really is no need for linseed oil in the human diet.
