Generic Psyllium
Fiber supplements cheap? Recommendations?
i have been buying a lot of fiber and starts to cost me a lot of money to pay about 45 to 55 dollars a month in fiber supplements (I like to keep a regular bowel movement) started looking for something that would be cheaper, I looked http://www.puritansale.com/pages/categories.asp?xs=29D80CD05E6F4168920CC165AF7177B8&CID = 87 but I can not seem to say whether any of them are like the generic fiber supplements that I for now, some of them say "psyllium" but when I look at the ingredients it doesn't have psyllium does that matter? Also, there has to be fiber or soluble? What would you recommend, maybe I have to find something strong and do not have to take both? Thanks
I like the Benefiber. You can put it in his food or drink and is completely odorless and tasteless. It is quite cheap to you may picked up at Wal-Mart.
