URI International is closed most holidays. You may place orders through your URI International Independent Distributor Back Office 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Q Why does URI International use network marketing to distribute its product?
A The network marketing business allows URI to sell innovative, quality nutritional products direct to the consumer through independent distributors at a better value because of their vertical integration. And it also provides an exciting business opportunity to those individuals who desire to sell our products.
Q What skills do I need to succeed as a URI Independent Distributor?
A Our most successful Independent Distributors have a desire for optimal health, financial success and enjoy helping others. A strong desire to achieve success, the ability to work well with others, self-motivation, well-planned goals and a positive attitude are also very important. Success requires effort, diligence, cooperation and leadership. There is no need for a degree or special licensing to build your URI Business.
Q Can I be a part-time URI International Independent Distributor?
A Yes, although many Independent Distributors eventually decide to go full time with URI International. The URI Opportunity is also an ideal way to earn some extra spending money by working on a part-time basis from home.
Q Are URI Independent distributors considered employees of the company?
A No, they are considered independent contractors
Q Is it expensive to own an independent URI Business?
A No. The only cost to own your own URI Business is the purchase of a one-time $9.95 USD Independent Distributorship Kit. This makes it possible for virtually anyone to become a URI Independent Distributor. To remain an Independent Distributor you must make a minimum of one purchase every six (6) months.

Any product you personally purchase for samples, direct retailing or personal use is optional. Any marketing or business building expenses incurred are at your discretion and are optional as well.
Q How much money can I make as a URI Independent Distributor?
A You can make commissions by retailing product and through building a sales organization that retails product. The URI Compensation Plan pays Commissions based on your efforts and the efforts of your downline Independent Distributor Organization. There is no limit to the income you can make.
Q How does that URI Compensation Plan work?
A There are eight ways to earn through the URI International Compensation Package. If taken to its full advantage, the URI International Compensation Plan rewards distributors weekly, monthly, and quarterly. See the compensation plan for more details by clicking here.
Q Do you have to personally sponsor anyone to qualify for commissions?
A There are no sponsoring requirements for commissions, only volume requirements. Commissions are based on the sale of products.
Q How many people can I personally sponsor?
A There is no limit on how many new URI Independent Distributors you can sponsor. Typically, the more Independent Distributors you sponsor, the more success you and they can achieve through everyone's combined sales efforts.
Q Does a distributor's personal volume count towards his/her own group sales volume?
A No it does not. The URI Compensation plan does not allow Independent Distributors to qualify for ranks with their own personal purchases. Rank qualification is based on the sales volume of their downline. Allowing Independent Distributor to use personal volume to count towards their group volume resembles a pyramid scheme. This is simply not legal.
Q What is the AutoBuilder?
A The AutoBuilder is an optional back office software feature that will automatically place your personally sponsored distributors in the most beneficial place for maximizing the compensation plan. This is turned on automatically when you first join. You can turn it off and manually place distributors up to 10 days after they sign up.
Q Can you place Preferred Customers in your downline?
A Yes. Through your URI International Back Office within 10 days after their signup.
Q When are Monthly Commissions paid?
A Monthly Commissions from the previous month are paid by the 20th of the following month.
Q When are Fast Start Bonuses paid?
A For URI Independent Distributors who have a minimum 100PV active Autoship or Backup Autoship, Fast Start Bonuses are paid every Friday following the end of every week. (Saturday 12AM MST).

For URI Independent Distributors who DO NOT have a minimum 100PV active Autoship or Backup Autoship, Fast Start Bonuses are paid on the 20th of the following month along with monthly commissions.
Q How are commissions paid?
A Commissions are paid on a Visa branded debit card. Monthly commissions and weekly Fast Start Bonuses are automatically loaded onto your own personalized, easy-to-use URI International Prepaid VisaŽ Debit Card.

All monthly Commission and weekly Fast Start Bonuses are automatically loaded directly onto your Card. You have immediate access to your funds.

You can use it everywhere VisaŽ is accepted worldwide, and gives you instant cash access at over 700,000 ATM's. You can transfer your money directly into your bank account as well.

This convenient Debit Card saves the hassle of waiting for your check by mail and the time and inconvenience of going to the bank. You can view your account balance and payment details 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on-line.

You have the option of receiving commissions by check as well.
Q How do I become a URI International Independent Distributor?
A Since URI International is a Company that utilizes the Network Marketing Business Model, you will need to be assigned to a sponsoring Independent Distributor. Your upline Independent Distributor will assist you with the sales support and training you need to make your own URI International Business successful.

There are three ways that you can apply for a Independent Distributorship:
  1. Sign-up over the Internet through your sponsor's website
  2. Mail or fax in an application
  3. Sign- up over the phone.

The third option will require the new Independent Distributor to return a signed, physical Sign-up Form within 30 days. The Sign-up Form is available online, through your upline or through the Corporate Office. URI International encourages applicants to enlist the help of their sponsoring Independent Distributors when signing up.

You must be at least 18 years of age to become an Independent Distributor.
Q When I enroll, why do you need my Social Security Number?
A These numbers are required for tax and social security validation purposes. You can use a Tax ID# from your own Business entity if you choose. Because we are a MLM company and deal with commissions, by law we have to have your social security number on file for any Independent Distributor who could potentially earn commissions. We have to report any commissions paid over $600 US to the IRS.
Q What is URI Internationals policy regarding collecting and remitting Sales Tax?
A As a Direct Selling company and by virtue of its business operations on the Internet, URI International is required to collect Sales Tax on all Products and Sales Aids at the time of purchase. Like other similar companies, URI International collects and remits sales tax based on retail pricing. The Sales Tax is based on the applicable Tax Rates of the individual State where the Products or Sales Aids were purchased.

Our Policy regarding the collection and payment of Sales Tax avoids putting our Independent Distributors in the difficult position of managing the burdens associated with collecting and remitting Sales Taxes, filing Sales Tax Reports, and keeping Records relative to Sales Taxes on the sale and distribution of URI Products and Sales Aids. By freeing our Independent Distributors from these tedious and time-consuming administrative, operational and logistical tasks, our Independent Distributors are able to concentrate on those activities that directly affect their incomes, namely Product sales and recruiting others to sell URI Products, and focus on nurturing their Organizations.

URI Independent Distributors who request Tax-exempt Purchases from URI International and prefer to collect, document, report and pay their own Sales Tax may do so by:
  1. Registering with their respective Sales Taxing Authority;
  2. Submitting an Official Certified Copy of their valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to the URI International Corporate Office; and
  3. Submitting completed URI Business Entity and URI Resale Tax forms to the URI International Corporate Office.

Orders will NOT be shipped Sales Tax Exempt until a copy of the Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and the URI Business Entity and a URI Resale Tax forms are received by the URI Corporate Office. If an Independent Distributor follows the filing process as outlined, no Sales Tax will be collected on their orders. For those URI Independent Distributors wishing to undertake this process, we strongly recommend that they consult their tax advisor for guidance on complying with State Sales Tax issues.

Please note, exemption from the payment of Sales Tax is applicable only on Orders that are shipped to a State for which the proper Tax Exemption Certificates have been filed and accepted. Applicable Sales Taxes will be charged on all Orders that are drop-shipped to other States. Any Sales Tax Exemption accepted by URI International is NOT retroactive.

AUTOSHIP FAQ's
Q What is an Autoship?
A Autoship is a convenient and effortless way to ensure that your favorite URI Products are automatically delivered to you each and every month. Autoship is available for both independent distributors and retail customers.
Q What is a Backup Autoship?
A Backup Autoship is an easy way to ensure that distributors who are not on autoship do not miss out on any URI Commission or Bonuses if they have not met minimum PV reququirements. Backup Autoship runs on the 26th of each month, ONLY if you have not achieved the PV amount that you specified when you set-up your URI Backup Autoship.

BackUp Autoship will process each month on the 26th day of each month only if your PV (personal volume) for the month is not equal or greater than the amount you have selected in the "Minimum PV to Ship" Box
Q When are monthly Autoships run?
A Autoships are run DAILY from the 1st through the 25th of the month depending on the date selected by the Independent Distributor or Preferred Customer. Autoships will process each month on the Shipment Date that you specify from the 1st -25th of each month (or the following business day if this day falls on a weekend or holiday), regardless of any other orders placed during the month.
Q Is there a discount on URI Products when a URI Independent Distributor creates an Autoship?
A Yes, URI Independent Distributors receive the following discounts on their URI Autoship in ADDITION to their 20% off retail wholesale pricing:
  • $200-$299 Save 5%
  • $300-$399 Save 10%
  • $400+ Save 15%
Q Can a URI Preferred Customer be on Autoship?
A Absolutely, they simply set the Autoship or Backup Autoship in their URI Back Office. Or by calling the URI Customer Care Department.

A Yes, URI Preferred Customers receive the following discounts on their URI Autoship off the retail price

Q How can I purchase URI International Products?
A URI Products are only sold through independent Distributors. In order to purchase a product, contact the person who referred you to this site.
Q Can I purchase URI Products without being an Independent Distributor?
A URI Products may be purchased without becoming a URI Independent Distributor, but only through an Independent URI Independent Distributor. You may purchase directly from an Independent Distributor, or thy can help you purchase products through our URI Preferred Customer Program.
Q What is a Preferred Customer?
A A person over 18 years of age who wishes to purchase URI Products at our Preferred Customer pricing.
Q Can a URI Preferred Customer create an Autoship?
A Absolutely, they simply set the Autoship in their URI Back Office, or call the URI Customer Care Department.

SHIPPING FAQ's
Q Do all orders go out the same day?
A URI International makes every effort to ship out all orders the same day if they are received before 4pm MST. Otherwise, in stock orders will ship the next business day. We have up to 2 business days to ship out your product. We do not ship on the weekends or Holidays.
Q Why are shipping costs & brokerage fees to Canada (or other countries) higher?
A UPS rates to Canada (other countries) are higher.
Q What delivery option do I have to receive my order faster?
A When checking out over the telephone or via your URI Back Office, you have the following options:
  • Standard Ground
  • 3-Day
  • 2-Day
  • Next Day delivery
Rates will vary.
Q Are URI Products shipped internationally?
A Yes, if UPS delivers to that country and there are no importing restrictions we will ship there. Please contact URI customer if you have any questions about a specific country.
Q Some nutritional companies ship their products by UPS Ground ONLY, saying that UPS is the only carrier that does not gamma radiates its packages. They say that FEDEX, DHL and the U.S. Post Office use X-Ray or e-beam.
A UPS is our primary carrier. Even though a carrier may use x-ray or e-beam it does not necessarily mean there is gamma radiation. URI International makes every effort to provide its customers with superior quality products that are radiation-free.
