I would take Omega 3's (fish oil capsules) along with vitamin B7 (Biotin). Those work the best for me and you will see quick results

Hair: the vitamins are a good idea. With recovery, it will grow back. I can attest to that. The hair and nails ones are what I took.
-Be patient with the hair. I hated it too. You can even use a wig if it is too embarrassing, but I never did.
Stomach: It will bloat for a bit because of the new increase. Just keep on drinking water and eating healthy. It will go down. Exercise and stretch your abdominal, I am not sure if it helps but I did that so that when I did gain weight it would come in the form of muscle. Hula hooping is a fun way to work them. It will go down with the proper healthy diet.
-I often would stretch it by doing those back bridges or just arching back. I would even massage it just because I hated the bloat. I drank mint/ginger herbal teas to help with my digestion. I am not sure if they helped but they were soothing.
prenatal/egg mayo thing: I am not sure. the cream concoction is worth a try though. Try it once or twice daily and see if it helps. With patience, it may.

I started taking 1 pill 3 times a day and HOLY COW! I am SO very glad I did. Within a week I noticed that my skin was clearing up. After 3 weeks, others noticed and commented that whatever I was doing differently was working and I looked great. I was accused of glowing, even. I have definitely noticed a difference in my nails and hair, too. My nails are stronger and grow much faster than they used to. I can't believe how much faster hair is growing! That's actually kind of a (small) downside because I regularly dye it and now my roots show much quicker but I don't mind that at all because I look and feel fantastic.
