how healthy for our thinking and brain is it to stay awake all night and sleep during first half of day?
do some people actually THINK better at night time? how their state of mind, attitude and perception may change if sleepign during first half of day and staying awake all night?
is this very healthy?
please explain
why would some people think better at night time.. meaning all night too?
btw, which area of the world are you and how common this there?
I work nights, and have been doing so for around 3 and a half years. So I am used to being awake all night, and sleeping for the first half of the day. This is on a four nights on, four nights off basis. Although night shift workers get used to nights, there is still a residual tiredness, simply because of the way the body is attuned via its natural propensity to sleep at night, and be awake at day. In the long term, unless you have time off to adjust back to daytime, it may not be healthy in the long term.
