Basically Hello need to replace two meals with formula 1. You can mix the powder with soy milk (the best), skim milk or juice. Take your Formula 2 three times a day before each meal. Take two-Loss Cell-U three times a day along with their vitamin. Enjoy also the cell-activator (two capsules) three times Aday. It will help your body to absorb nutrients from the foods you eat. You need to eat a regular meal of their choice during the day (protein, whole grains, vegetables). You you may also enjoy some fruits between meals or with your shake. Take total control 1-1/2 hours after breakfast and 1-1/2 hours after lunch to remove the appetite and speed metabolism. To answer your question: no they don't have a side effect, then again, probably won't help you lose weight.
You are 14, unless you are vitamin deficient with a medical condition, and you eat balanced food, then you don't have to take vitamin pills. Sugar free pills are placebo. You only need to take fiber if you have trouble take a S**t.
If you want to lose weight, work out and keep an active life style. otherwise you'll just be another victim of marketing

Many different vitamins can change the color of urine. Nothing to worry about since you are taking a high vitamin supplement. Infections are going to cause the urine to be cloudy and have a funny smell. If the color (no matter what color) is clear then you don't have an infection. (ex. collect it in a clear cup. hold the urine up to light. if you have an infection it will just look cloudy compared to previous urine samples and maybe have little strings in it (protein). if you hold a paper behind the cup you should be able to letters on a paper, if you see letters then it is not an infection.)
You can also get AZO test strips to check for infections. They are sold at most suppermarkes/drug stores. I had a kidney transplant and use AZO alot to test my urine. They do cost about $7 at the store but it will give you a better idea. It is pretty much the same test that is used at the doctors office.
