Video Production – Part III – Post Production and Editing
After shooting his "raw footage", it's time to put everything together in a coherent, entertaining, and motivating programs. Since we are living in the digital age, it is likely to be editing your program on your computer. There are different levels and editing software as it is producing a professional corporate video, I focus on the professional program we use in Video Production One, called Final Cut Pro (FCP). It is only available on the Mac
I have used the media 100, Premier, Pinnacle, and FCP editing software, and all operate along similar lines, we prefer FCP because it gives us more for their money and has a relatively intuitive interface.
Although the use FCP, we use other software that specialize in specific tasks that are necessary for professional editing and post production. We use Photoshop and Illustrator to create and manipulate graphic still images you want to import into FCP, Soundtrack Pro Loops and sound to produce music and sound effects; Type Live for text effects, After Effects and Motion to apply special effects to the edited images, and Studio Pro to author DVDs containing the software to edit.
The first task is to get the images fired into the computer by digitizing the images in a file format usable. Typically, the material is transferred to your computer via a firewire cable that goes from the camera or "source" cover for the team. Try not to use the camcorder as your source deck, to feed the images into the computer, as video cameras have small engines and are not intended to be used as tape players. The purchase of a player will join the front office, but will save you money if you do not have to replace the camera because it burned to use it for something that was not intended to be used for.
When you scan the material file with FCP, it gets converted into a QuickTime file. This file can be dragged to the timeline so you can edit your work. The timeline is where the video displayed and edited. It is the platform of your video work of art so to speak.
A variety of tools you can use to move, cut, braking, accelerating or do other things to the footage. You also have text effects tools, video transitions and a series of special effects to enhance video. I will not give a tutorial on FCP, but I will discuss some of the making and effective editing.
Once you've purchased your footage, you can scan images same company or digitize it for you. If you go the latter route, the company has to scan to an internal hard drive of their own and then transfer to your external hard drive. Then you can transfer images from the external hard drive to your internal drive. You never want to capture or edit an external hard drive, since the yield is not enough to move the video. If performance is fast enough, you will have the video stuttering or the program or the computer may crash.
There are units external hard drive that you can now capture and edit to. But unless you have an external hard drive with a FireWire 800, play it safe and editing of internal unity. Not too technique, but the external drive needs a serial connection or an IDE ATA and Ultra ATA hard drive going to at least 7200 RPM for video editing. If you have that combination, can capture and edit video on that drive without problems. Of course, your computer must have FireWire 800 and be fast enough to handle video too.
Do not forget to max out RAM. You never have enough RAM in your computer. And you need to edit video.
If you are editing video to an internal drive in your computer, we recommend that you use an internal drive for your applications, systems, etc and another unit within your video projects. We were lucky the best video editing internal Hitachi drives.
No matter what unit you use, for optimum performance, and prevent accidents, make sure you have at least 10% free space on the drive at all times. Internal hard disks are cheap these days, so the biggest you can. You will be surprised how fast you use the space.
Let's talk about the video program itself. People who are new to video editing often go overboard. Do not go crazy with special effects, transitions using wild, or feel that the text uses has to fly at all times. In any case, error on the side of conservatism. If not, you run the risk of exhausting her audience with an excess. And that's the last thing you want to do. In fact, the cuts in the use between shots is sometimes more effective than any transition, especially a wild and crazy.
This does not mean that the video does not have to keep pace. In fact, a rule of thumb is that you should probably have a new shot every five seconds. Of course, depends on the nature of the vaccine. If someone is giving a testimony to 20 seconds, maybe it can dissolve them, and then maybe time after 5 seconds, you see some text at the bottom of the screen, speaker identification by name, title and company. This will achieves the effect of informing the audience as to who is the speaker and the shot changes to create visual interest.
Speaking of text, make sure it is title insurance, which is another phrase to make sure it fits within the TV screen. Your editing program should have a guide somewhere a menu that will show you how far it stretches the screen. When you create text, the limit can be superimposed on the screen. This tool shows you exactly where is "safe" to place text. If the text goes beyond the safe zone will be cut off and will not appear on the TV screen.
The last thing I will mention is the sound. You must ensure that the sound level is constant throughout the video. The viewer definitely off if the audio is mixed. It should always be loud enough to hear, but low enough to be consistent and not surprising for the viewer. So no matter how long the program ie go through the program and adjust the audio, making it louder or softer when necessary. The program will have tools to do this.

That does sound like a lot. Remember, a physical trainer helps you work out and knows what exorcises to do for what body parts. He doesn't have a PhD.
Stop taking the pills, vitamins, ect and make a check up appointment with your doctor. She'll know what vitamins you should take based on your body. The vitamins probably aren't doing any harm, yet. If your body has an excess amount of a mineral or vitamin something bad can happen.
Go to your doctor, bring the pills with you. She might say that they're fine, she might recommend other brands or types. But your doctor will know more than your trainer.

instead of taking soo many vitamins try just eating a lot of the foods that have the vitamins in them…that would be better then putting all that into your system by taking the supplements.
