Hormonal imbalance – acne?
I am a 30 year old who has suffered from acne since I was 12. The acne, the last 2 years has been completely different, however. It is along my jawline and chin. Of course it is hormonal. Very emotionally draining. I would like suggestions to help the root of this problem (which is my hormonal imbalance). Please do not say wash your face, change your diet, or stop touching your face. Those things are not because of my acne. It is the hormonal imbalance. I have done a colon cleanse, kidney / urinary cleanse, parasite cleanse, and two shades of liver. I am currently under any medicine, but it takes a lot of vitamins and herbs every day. I will not take prescribed medications including gels / creams, pills or birth control. Thank you.

Shredded wheat's, beans,whole wheat bread and rice, lettuce,lentils and flax seeds are all excellent.
You should research on the net about foods with fiber and they will give you a list and how much it contains per serving.
