Liver Joints
An alternative to cod liver oil?
My mother boards are becoming a bit stiff, she has tried cod liver oil, but gives you an upset stomach. Can someone please suggest an alternative? Thanks
Omega-3 can be found in ground flax seed which is quite cheap. Ground to put in oats, crackers, bread or you can eat just the same. I would suggest organic products so that you know you are getting more health benefits. Also Use flaxseed oil but can easily go rancid for sure it is always in the refrigerator if not using it. The January issue of Vegetarian Times did a full article in Omega-3 do not originate from a source of fish.
