I am a certified herbalist, and there is no plant that makes your breasts bigger. it may be something that has some estrogen in it…but I doubt it is enough to do anything. save your money. also, the more you grow now, the droopier you will be when you get old…so be proud. sexuality is in attitude, not in size.
