National Noodle Month peanut sauce?
Did you know History Month March is National Women? If not, you must, the conclusion of a month duration is a federal government-sanctioned event, and each year the Library of Congress organizes a fabulous online exhibition designed to remind us of the contributions of women is critical to American history.
But did you know that March is also Irish-American National Heritage Month? (Well, that makes sense, since the whole world becomes temporarily Irish St. Patrick's Day, even if they are among the 36 million Americans who already descent Irish.) And National Umbrella Month? (Would not it have better fit with "April showers"?) And not only national peanut month (hard sync with salmonella remember this year), but also the National Noodle Month National Salsa Month? (We detecting opportunities for synergy here, can we get a National Noodle Month with peanut sauce?)
In fact, March has been chosen as the month Memorial for dozens of causes. Some are serious, but not exactly festive (chronic renal failure Month, Deep Vein Thrombosis Month, National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.) Others are sincere, but unintentionally hilarious (Celery Month, International Listening Awareness Month National Frozen Food Month, the Month Supply Management). And then some they are almost too bizarre to believe (National Adopt a Rescued Guinea Pig Month International Success wait months, playing the flute Month). "Play the Recorder months? Really?
So Memorial March is the best? This is not exactly a great debate to rival the teachers questioning whether The Great American Novel is Moby-Dick or The The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. But our vote for the National Waiting months. Whatever the hell that is.

Everyone wants a piece of Facebook, so the company will likely allow underwriters to sell a “greenshoe” of up to 50.6 million additional shares, and definitely will increase its IPO share price range from between $28 and $35 to $34 and $38, I’ve confirmed with sources very close to the IPO. This means Facebook could sell up to 388 million shares to raise between $13.1 billion and $14.7 billion at a CNBC-reported valuation between $92B and $103B. A greenshoe is an SEC-permitted over-allotment option that can stabilize a stock’s price by allowing underwriters to sell up to 15% more stock than the company originally planned to sell, but with the option to buy back the stock at the offering price if the actual price drops below this. The greenshoe would allow Facebook to raise up to an additional $1.72 billion to $1.92 billion by selling up to 50.6 million shares through Morgan Stanley, J.P Morgan, Goldman Sachs and other underwriters, which could prevent high demand and limited supply…
