What are the best multi vitamins for women?
Im 22 and I think you really need to start taking vitamins, but I want to get something has a bit of everything I need. Does anyone know of a good multi for women?

The health food store is going to have the best stuff. The stuff at the drug store is trash.
I always liked Nature's Plus Source of Life Multivitamins. There are formulas for men and regular formulas.
Nature's Plus brand is very high quality, they have their supplements independantly tested for what is in them and how much–meaning if they say they have 50mg of something, then they have to be within 5% of it or they throw it out. They also put the assay test in the bottle.
Nature's Plus has regular multivitamins which are excellent too if you don't go for the Source of Life. But the Source of Life uses Whole Food sources that you are liklier to absorb.
Me and my husband have both used the stuff for years.
BTW, I don't know where you are but Whole Foods doesn't carry Nature's Plus, but smaller independant stores should have them, otherwise get them online. You can also get sample sizes.

try barkeepers friend (like comet, dry pdr for tubs etc) but its finer grain than other scrubbers. use gloves and scrub with a scrubbing pad (green ones). I have used chlorox with the mixture but be carefull…..gloves and i use chlorox straight on stuff like that. you just have to be carefull…cloths, breathing, and ALWAYS USE GLOVES. i cleaned my daughters used plastic play house with these items and it looked like new!!
