Pantothenic acid / Vitamin B5 and acne?
After doing a lot of research, I discovered that pantothenic acid / Vitamin B5 is very good for acne and oily skin. I have a few spots and very oily skin. I've been taking 1g a day. Does anyone know how long before this Vitamin will take effect? "And nobody knows any other ideas for oily skin?
first of all that you need more. search. start at 5 grams day, and then move on to 10grams yes I realize it's a bunch of pills. but believe me, it works, it takes several weeks to start cm and its going to break after start making or Vitamin B5. happens to everyone, its push all the crap out of the depths of your skin. I have deppresion, OCD, and social anxiety. I’m only 16. I’m currently in a school specialty for people with my problems and I’m the only one there besides teachers.
