(A)
You're going to need more information. You said you used 18.1mL of NaOH, which is great data, but you need more. What was the strength of NaOH? If you know the molarity (moles/liter) or strength of the NaOH solution, then multiply:
(18.1 mL)*(1L / 1000mL)*(MOLARITY) = Moles of NaOH consumed
When part A asks you for the amount of NaOH used, moles is probably an OK answer. If you want to take it a step further, multiply the moles of NaOH by its molecular weight to get the total weight of NaOH used.
(B) and (C)
Alright, now that you know the amount of NaOH you used, look at the equation that you posted. The equation shows a one to one molar ratio between NaOH and ASA. This is great news, makes your life very easy, because if you used 40 moles of NaOH, you consumed 40 moles of ASA. Take the moles of ASA and multiply it by its molecular weight, and that will tell you the mass of ASA in the tablet.
(D)
Assuming you weighed the entire tablet before messing with it, take the ASA weight and divide it by the total tablet weight. Take this fraction (should be less than one), and multiply it by a hundred to get percent.
(E)
Now they tell you the actual amount of ASA in the tablet. Hopefully your number is close to 325 mg, but most likely there's some error. Take your value (make sure its in mg) and subtract it from 325. Divide that difference by 325. Some people are picky about keeping the positive/negative sign, but since its error, its usually only reported as a positive value.

The pen and mouse need AAA batteries. I will not suggest using the mouse anyway, it just sucks because it seems wrong when you use it and being “wireless like the pen doesn’t fully help. Regarding with the pen, this isn’t bad as what some users have stated. I actually believe that the pen is a little on the sensitive side.
