Protein Greens

Im on a diet high in protein but do not want to eat meat, can anyone share some of your ideas and recipes?
im running out of ideas I've been eating usual tofu and greens, but I want cooking to be simple and pleasant
I am also following a diet high in protein. I like a lot, but fish have been exploring the kinds of beans and lentils. I love tofu, but twice a week seems to be enough in reality. I had tempeh (I think it was) at a Vietnamese restaurant and thought okay, but when I bought some, put me off him forever. So back to the beans: Look at who does good food with beans – the Indians, Mexican (Ithink) Mediterranean peoples and the Arabs. And get recipe books from the regions. I tried to steam them. You may have to adjust the seasoning to emphasize the flavor. There is always baked beans from the can if you want a fast solution. Go easy on the nuts, which are full of fat you probably know. Eggs: I made a tofu egg custard baked superdelicious Japanese the other day – unfortunately, I ate it all – 4 eggs! O God, I'm getting again. I put nori rolls used in it – an improvisation that was a great success. Fungi are quite high in protein. Pasta is not a great choice I think. IG has a Hello. Want a low-GI carbohydrates to continue with the type of foods. Basmati rice is your best choice of rice for low GI. And if you do not eat fish at all well, then you really need to keep up its dairy products. low-fat milk, yogurt, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese – Hard cheeses have more calcium. If you do not eat meat, you need to keep their high vitamin C to help absorption of iron from plant sources. The cuisine is simple and enjoyable if you follow a recipe and have all things in the cupboards / fridge. Stock up on spices and specialty shops such then you will not have to worry about them back and are much cheaper that brought from Indian grocery stores and Chinese supermarkets and gourmet stores. Buy your spices whole. to be maintained for forever. high protein diet is in, or is it one of his own invention? It also says that burgers are 70 – 80 percent sat. fat, and bacon as well, so only 30% protein at best -

If you use dried Sago pearls.. you have to soak them in cold water for 5-6 hour.
I'll have Taro ( kind like yam) in my Sai Mai Lo.
Here my recipes
Taro – 250 grams
Sago pearls – 100grams (dried)
Rock sugar – 175 grams
Coconut Milk – 1 can
Water 750ml
-Soak the sago, Drain the pearls after soaking.
-Peal the Taro and dice them . Stem the taro on high heat for 20 minutes
-Bring the water and sugar to the boil until dissolve.
- Add the sago and the Taro and stir until it boils again.
-remove from the heat and pour in the coconut milk. Stir it well and serve.
In your case.. I'll thing you can just ignore the mango. And replace it with what ever fruit you like.
