Resvinatrol Complete
Has anyone used full Resvinatol for Heart Health?
I just heard about an antioxidant supplement called complete Resvinatrol I think you want to start taking. has the equivalent of 156 antioxidants in red wine and is supposed to be four times stronger than the antioxidant capacity of pomegranate. Has anyone heard talk about it or used it?
I looked at the website for that, judging by the ingredients it is safe. However, I do not see any evidence of this is an improvement with respect to the standard vitamin supplements and $ 30.00 for 40 pills is kind of expensive. It will not be for any damage to give it a shot, but I'd like to see cheaper alternatives first. Also, the American Heart Association does not recommend using antioxidant vitamin supplements until more data are complete. They still recommend that people eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods daily from all basic food groups.

Actually, I've never seen Blake's 7, but I understand that it isn't bad. I loved Red Dwarf, but my favorite isn't British (though I am a big Tom Baker fan). It is Josh Whedon's Firefly and the film Serenity.
Second Edit: Admittedly, a western set in space isn't everyone's cup of tea. But, being the old timer I am, I grew up when the Western genre "owned" television. Plus, I loved H. Beam Piper's Lone Star Planet. So, for me, the connection is with the Firefly 'verse.

Contrary to what some people think, all resveratrol products are NOT the same! That is just not correct! Most resveratrol products don't work well, if at all. Here's why:
#1 A human needs a minimum dose of 250 mg per day to get the anti-aging benefits. That's 250mg of pure, trans-resveratrol. Most products have less. And even if they say they have more than 250 mg, many of them will be a combination of trans- and cis-resveratrol. Cis-resveratrol is worthless to the human body, but is still technically resveratrol. They don't tell you that though!
#2 Resveratrol is a highly reactive molecule. Oxygen destroys it, stomach acid destroys it, tons of other compounds destroy it. This means that 99% of all products, which are in capsules or tablets, have no way to protect the resveratrol molecule- the resveratrol is almost entirely destroyed before it ever gets to the large intestine where it is absorbed into the blood stream and transported to the cells, where it does its magic.
#3 The resveratrol molecule has a tendency to clump together into large globs, making it more difficult to absorb, although this is only a factor for the tiny amount that actually survives the stomach.
I'm currently using a resveratrol product that is the only one I've found that addresses these problems. It's called Eternity, and it's made by a company called SISEL. I get it from a friend who is a distributor for them. From what I understand and have read about it, and some videos I've watched about it on YouTube, it seems to make sense.
It has over 250 mg per serving, which is a half ounce- oh yeah, it's liquid. And that's pure trans-resveratrol, there's no cis-resveratrol in it. Also, they use deoxygenated water in the drink, and they even say that they suck out the oxygen from the empty space left at the top of the bottle and replace it with nitrogen so that there's zero oxygen in the bottle to hurt the resveratrol.
They also do what they call nano-sizing, which means they break up the molecules to a molecular weight less than 300, which is so small that it can pass through the skin, and it doesn't clump together. They actually recommend on the bottle that you hold it in your mouth for one minute before you swallow because the resveratrol molecules are so small that they absorb through the inside of your mouth and go straight to your blood supply instead of getting destroyed in your stomach.
But then, apparently, they use some kind of microencapsulation process called micellization (it's on wikipedia, but I don't understand it) that surrounds teh resveratrol molecules with something to protect them through the stomach so that more of it survives to reach the intestine.
Long story short, I like it. I think it's fishy that none of these companies ever mention anything about the science of creating a good resveratrol product. They never point out any of this stuff because they just want people to buy their product and they don't care if it doesn't work. It seems like it's a lot more complicated to make a good resveratrol product than just buying a bucket of grape skin powder and putting it in capsules. If it was that easy, why did the pharmaceutical company buy the research company on 60 minutes for like 800 million dollars? I've been on the Eternity for about a month now and I seem to have more energy, especially when I exercise.

I agree with Synny Guy that there is no proven evidence that tesveratrol extends the human life but it has been proven for animals. It is too early to say now.
Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant that will surely help you and your health.
As for possible unaouthorized charges of credid cards, I can only advise you to read the TOS before ordering free trials and cancel your free trials on time if you don't want to order next bottle of the resveratrol pills.

Dr. Sinclair never called Resveratrol a drug. He also never said that Resveratrol was the ANSWER to all problems, just that this specific phenol was effective in several lab tests on mice and that it may be helpful in increasing mitochondria activity, thus slowing the aging process. I been taking a product that is 10x more effective than resveratrol and have already experienced better health. Turned 50 this year, but I’m told that I barely look 40 and I sure don’t feel 50.
