How do I get rid of the skin around the nails?
I have pieces of loose skin on the skin around some of my nails (not cuticle) some of it is fairly dry and I do not know what to do to get rid of it, because it makes my fingers look horrible. I bite my nails from time to time when I'm nervous (although I'm trying to stop now), so could this have anything to do with it? Any ideas on how to make my fingers look better? Thanks!
I use to get those …. apart from going for a manicure …. try this … Go get one of those cushioned pads at the pharmacy. It is a nail file … THT though you will need too … get both! Get a buffer … and a nail file! LOL …. So go home and soak your hands in warm water for about 3 minutes … to dry … then use the buffer on the tops of the nails and the sides of the fingers (but surely cut any loose skin or Wil … damage if it gets pulled over) use the buffer as an exfoliant on the sides of your finger when rippd dry up. So … wen all the polish … Use the nail file to make all the nails yet. Then go wash your hands. Dry them … and apply the lotion. I usually try and rub it around my hands … but focus on cuticles! Wash your hands extra time if it feels sticky lotion … ta da! yer done!:)

That is some really good information. I do take vitamin c now. Need to look into the cod liver oil also. Some things taste bad but we need to take them for our health.
