Exfoliating:
1] removes top layer of dead skin [ so feels smoother ]
2] removes dried up oils [ less crud on surface, to make zits ]
3] removes dried sebum [ skin wax ], to prevent new blackheads/whiteheads
4] also seems to even out skin tone, but not sure how – improves circulation?
People with dry or sensitive skin should exfoliate only once or twice a week; others should do it two or three times a week.
NOTE: can use a face scrub to exfoliate body; but DO NOT use body scrub on face – too harsh!
there may be some truth behind it and you should really consider consulting a dermatologist about these products. Do you use anything with sunscreen in it?
some ppl say its the same but i dont think so.

Well, Windows Vista has parental controls built right into the computer that let you limit usage. There are also third-party softwares out there like Webroot Parental Controls (however nothing free that I'm aware of).
It's worth noting that you pretty much HAVE to use multiple accounts on the same computer to limit usage. Otherwise the computer has no idea how it should limit certain games/programs/websites/etc. Adding extra accounts is a pretty trivial process though.
