Im trying to join the Coast Guard in May 2010 and I have to lose 70 pounds or so. I was wondering if someone could pointing in the direction of any vitamins or supplements that could help me in this feat. And I'm not talking about creatine or anything like that. Im talking about natural things such as fish oil and all that has crazy.

    If you haven't tried it though I really think you should, it has so many healthy vitamins.
    You could substitute it for chicken but you would be losing precious nutrition.

    I think you should talk to a hair stylist. They would be able to give you the best tips. Also don't waste your money buying all those expensive products, most of them don't work anyways. I'm sorry your having all this trouble. Also remember you hair probably seems bad to you, but I'm sure others don't notice. Also I can think of anyone with perfect hair, who doesn't have someone who does their hair for them.
